OMG The Holidays

As we all know after October it seems that we go on this fast paced run with Family, Friends,and now school. My mind was in a million places. What happened to my exercise???...lol. Well I realized that if I had kept up with my exercise I would not have been so tired. 

I always preach to others about drinking their water and balancing the food intake, uumm I guess I should listen to my own advice. Ok so I'll try it again during Christmas. So tell me what foods or practices give you energy?

  1. Hi, I work constantly on keeping on a schedule as I have been working with a nutionalist. It can be difficult whether holidays are around or not. Exercise always gives me more enegy, and makes me a happier camper! Lol. I find that having salads, with just oil and lemon or lme squeezed in the oil, with sea salt and fresh ground pepper at least once a day, minimum of three times a week, helps your body clean out the toxins from food and emotional intake.
