The Term is coming to a close...

Well everyone the term is coming to a close and there is a little relief. Then I take a deep breathe and get ready for the next one. My Comp II course was an eyeopener, and My nutritional planning course just added to the things I understood as well as learning new concepts. As a writer i feel a little better, but know I need to work harder. As for the nutritional planning that just made things clearer and i want to know more.

Can I breathe?

This has been a rough course for me. I found it easy at first to start the paper, but was met with a load of family issues. I found myself trashing the paper and starting over. My focus was no where near what it should have been. I started to see the paper form near the end.  Now I want to breathe, but Not until I have seen my final grade because I have been beating myself up about my grades seen I started back to school last year... I need a little mental break...please everyone keep in touch.

Happy New Year....Whats the plan?

I listen to everyone talk about their resolutions for the new year, but do you have a plan? and will you keep it?

I just want to take my time this year and do things in order and try harder. We have become so fast paced, so commercial that we forget that simple is good, and we need to get back to the basics. I had a hard year last year emotionally, financially, and physically. I plan on not repeating that!

The Past six weeks...

These past six weeks have been a roller coaster of emotions, adjustments, and never ending movement. As for school it has been a non-stop run. I have learned so much in my classes, but it is so hard because you hit the ground running and if you trip it's so hard to catch up. I have had some family issues, financial issues, and it seems to get harder...they say when it rains it pours.

Good Vibes!!

With all of the change in weather and the economy ups and downs we sometimes get the blahs. So in order to keep a positive attitude we must do things that remind us to smile. Take some me time in the evenings and pamper your self. Maybe in the morning play your favorite song, for me it's getting up and giving thanks for all I have. I believe things work out better and we function better if we have a positive tune.

I also found that I was in a much better mood and had more energy when I got back to working out. It was not this long workout but a little in the morning and a little in the evening. Remember little things can make a big difference.

OMG The Holidays

As we all know after October it seems that we go on this fast paced run with Family, Friends,and now school. My mind was in a million places. What happened to my exercise???...lol. Well I realized that if I had kept up with my exercise I would not have been so tired. 

I always preach to others about drinking their water and balancing the food intake, uumm I guess I should listen to my own advice. Ok so I'll try it again during Christmas. So tell me what foods or practices give you energy?
