With all of the change in weather and the economy ups and downs we sometimes get the blahs. So in order to keep a positive attitude we must do things that remind us to smile. Take some me time in the evenings and pamper your self. Maybe in the morning play your favorite song, for me it's getting up and giving thanks for all I have. I believe things work out better and we function better if we have a positive tune.
I also found that I was in a much better mood and had more energy when I got back to working out. It was not this long workout but a little in the morning and a little in the evening. Remember little things can make a big difference.
